How does RiderSOS protect the rider and recover the bike?
RiderSOS has two clear jobs. Rider products open an emergency profile for the person. Bike ID products open a recovery profile for the motorcycle. Both live in one RiderSOS account without mixing the information.

How does Bike ID help a lost or stolen motorcycle get home?
Bike ID is for the motorcycle, not the rider’s medical information. A finder can identify the bike, check its recovery status and contact the owner securely.
Setup, in order

Activate the Bike ID tag on your RiderSOS account.

Create a Bike ID profile with make, model, registration, VIN masking, recovery contact, and optional tracker details.

Does Bike ID work with Apple Find My and Google Find My Device?
Crowd-sourced finding networks add a second recovery layer. They are a recovery aid rather than live GPS, and availability depends on nearby compatible devices.

What does a finder see when they scan a Bike ID tag?
A finder simply taps the RiderSOS logo on the tag to open the Bike ID. The public Bike ID page is built around the next useful action. A finder can check the motorcycle’s status, report it found, share its location or contact the owner securely.
