Activation

Make your RiderSOS tag live in three quick steps.

Use this page after your tag arrives. Once activated, it links to your RiderSOS account and can be assigned to the rider emergency profile or the separate Bike ID flow.

Step 1

Find the code

Look for the printed RiderSOS code on your tag, card or packaging. It will look like RDR-7K2P.

Step 2

Activate it here

Enter the code once and choose whether it should be used for the rider emergency profile or the Bike ID profile.

Step 3

Finish setup

After activation, you can go straight into your Bike ID profile or tag management area to finish the live setup.

Your RiderSOS code becomes active on your account, and Bike ID activations can continue straight into the motorcycle profile setup.

Only tags already purchased for your account can be activated here. Anyone with the live scan link can open the emergency scan page.

Choose one profile only. Rider and Bike ID activations now use separate setup pages.

Basic profile mode is supported later in setup. You do not need to add medical details to activate a tag.

Marketing is optional and not required to activate your RiderSOS product.

You can update, export, deactivate, or request deletion of your emergency profile from your dashboard later.
