Make your RiderSOS product live.

Use this page after your product arrives. Activation links it to your RiderSOS account and lets you choose the correct rider emergency profile or Bike ID setup.

Find the code

Look for the printed RiderSOS code on your tag, card or packaging. It will look like RDR-7K2P.

Choose its purpose

Decide whether this product belongs to your rider emergency profile or the separate Bike ID profile.

Finish setup

Once activated, continue into your profile or product-management area to complete the live setup.

Only products already purchased for your account can be activated here. Anyone with the live scan link can open the emergency scan page.

Choose one profile only.

Rider and Bike ID activations use separate setup pages. Basic profile mode is supported later, so you do not need to add medical details to activate a product.

I explicitly consent to RiderSOS storing and using the health and emergency information I choose to provide, including blood type, allergies, medication, medical conditions and responder instructions. I understand that the items I switch on will be visible to anyone who opens my emergency profile by NFC, QR code or its link. I can change visibility or withdraw this consent at any time. Marketing consent is not required to activate your RiderSOS product.

What happens next

One account. The right setup.

Your RiderSOS code becomes active on your account. Bike ID activations can continue into the motorcycle profile, while rider products continue into tag and emergency-profile management.

You can update, export, deactivate, or request deletion of your emergency profile from your dashboard later.
