What is included in the Individual Protection Kit?

Do all three products open the same profile?
Yes. Each product can be activated to the same RiderSOS account and shared rider profile.
Does someone need the RiderSOS app to view my information?
No. A compatible phone opens the live web profile through NFC or QR. A data connection is required.
How do I activate the kit?
Enter the RDR code supplied with your kit and connect the Helmet Tag, Key Tag and Emergency Card to the same RiderSOS emergency profile.
Can I update my emergency information later?
Yes. You can edit your profile and visibility choices from your RiderSOS account.
What happens if NFC does not work on a phone?
Scan the printed QR code with the phone camera instead.
Where should I fit the Helmet Tag?
Fit it to the helmet shell in accordance with the installation guidance supplied with the product. RiderSOS does not claim compatibility with every helmet.
Does RiderSOS replace calling 999?
No. Always call 999 first in an emergency and follow normal emergency procedures.
Is there a subscription or ongoing cost?
The emergency profile is free for life. RiderSOS Pro is an optional paid upgrade and is not required for the kit.
What information should I add to my profile?
Add only information you want available in an emergency, keep it current and use the visibility controls to choose what is shown.
A data connection is required to load the live emergency profile.
