If anything RiderSOS holds about you is inaccurate, you can correct it yourself at any time.
Data portability
Download a copy of the profile and account data RiderSOS holds for you, in JSON or CSV format. Your order history is visible on the same account and isn't a separate export.
Access to personal data
The downloads above already contain the personal data RiderSOS holds for your account. If you'd like this explained or provided in another format, email support@ridersos.uk and we'll respond within one month.
Do not sell or share my personal information
RiderSOS does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties in exchange for money or anything else of value, and has never done so. There is nothing to opt out of.
If you'd still like written confirmation of this for your own records, email support@ridersos.uk with the subject "Do not sell my personal information" and we'll confirm in writing.
RiderSOS will never deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any right on this page.
Right to be forgotten
You can request deletion of your personal data and account at any time. This logs a deletion request against your account, which RiderSOS then completes - normally within one month, subject to identity checks and any lawful reason we need to retain specific records (such as order history for tax purposes). It isn't instant, so you'll still be able to sign in until it's actioned.
If you only want your emergency profile taken offline immediately, use the "withdraw consent" option on the same page instead of a full account deletion request - that one takes effect straight away.
No RiderSOS account, or need help
If you don't have a RiderSOS account, or you'd rather a person handled your request, email support@ridersos.uk or write to RiderSOS, 54 Cromwell Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL52 5DW. We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request.
UK users can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office through ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. RiderSOS's ICO registration reference is ZC207500.
