RiderSOS Pro adds active protection to your emergency ID products with scan alerts, live ride tracking, incident escalation, and priority RiderSOS support. Where the free emergency profile included with every RiderSOS product waits to be scanned, Pro adds a layer that works even when nothing has happened yet: you're notified with a timestamped record whenever your profile is scanned, and you can share a live ride with a chosen contact so someone always knows roughly where you are. It's built on top of your existing free profile rather than replacing it, so activating Pro doesn't change how your Helmet Tag, Key Tag, or Emergency Card work day to day. You can start or cancel Pro at any time from your account, with no physical product required to use it.
